At Flame to Wick Candle Co., each candle is hand-poured with care. Because our products are consumable and custom-made in small batches, all sales are final.
That said, your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at flame2wick@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily replace the item or provide store credit.
